Dr. Alphonso Simpson leads the African American Studies program at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. 

He’s scheduled to give a pair of talks about the program and its growth for Black History Month. 

On Feb. 15, Simpson will speak at both the Kaukauna Public Library and the Menasha Public Library. 

Below are the hours for both events: 

• 5-6:15 p.m. at the Kaukana Public Library 
• 6-8:30 p.m. at the Menasha Public Library
