The Dorr Hotel opened in Sister Bay in 2021.
General Manager James Lohmiller said the Dorr is Door County's first hotel in two decades. Lohmiller also said he foresees more growth up and down the peninsula in the coming years.
According to Lohmiller, the 2022 summer season has been very successful so far for businesses relying on tourism.
Lohmiller said the hotel is effectively sold out for the next couple of months.
