Temperatures to start Monday morning around Wisconsin were well below 0° and even record-breaking in some parts of the state. Wind chill values through the late morning hours will be around -20° to -30°. Despite partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies, temperatures will only be in the single-digits for most areas Monday afternoon and the breeze out of the west will make it feel like it's below 0° all day.

A few flurries are possible late Monday night before partly cloudy skies return on Tuesday. Tuesday morning will still be cold with lows dropping to near 0° for most. The wind will settle down a bit, so wind chill values will not be as low as Monday, around -10° to -20° early Tuesday.

High temperatures will be slow to warm up this week, topping out only in the teens on Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday, temperatures will climb back into the 20s before 30s finally return to the forecast for Friday and the weekend.

The next chance of any widespread precipitation will hold off until later Saturday into Sunday with temperatures finally where they should be for this time of year.
