GREEN BAY, Wis. (SPECTRUM NEWS)-- In honor of the Packer's 100th season we are digging into all things green and gold. One iconic place that comes to mind is Lambeau field of course, but it is more than just a football field.

Lambeau Field is obviously home to the Green Bay Packers, but there are plenty of other events that make this place a year round destination, like about 600 of them that happen each year.

At Lambeau Field the history is alive and well and you can feel the iconic nature of this place right when you walk in the door. But what if you were walking in the door with a suit and tie or a dress, rather than a Packer’s jersey?

"As much as we have a football team here, we have a team of people here that really work to provide the best experience of our clients," Lambeau Field Sales and Service Manager, Pat Cavanaugh said.

Let's start with the legends club. It is a 7,000 square foot room that can be split into four. It holds events like weddings, corporate events, and much more.

"Coming to Lambeau Field and taking pictures here and having an option to take pictures of the field of the stadium just really adds to the mystique that Lamebau Field offers," Cavanaugh said.

If you have a lot of friends you want to invite to your wedding, this place holds 800 people so send out those invites. However, if 800 people still isn't enough there is an even bigger space that is available to reserve.

"So right now we are looking down at our atrium floor our largest space we can provide events of 1,000 plus people," Cavanaugh said.

The atrium provides natural light and endless decor options for your event needs.

"The other neat thing about the floor is there are yard markers and those yard marker are in alignment with the actual yard markers in the stadium," Cavanaugh said.

Cavanaugh says on average, Lambeau Field holds around 60 weddings a year. Also, 50 percent of their events are corporate.

“There is no crazy event we won’t accept or consider so we just want to be the best we can to fulfill that need," Cavanaugh said.

Now, the Lambeau Suite is one of the most desired suites in the stadium.

"This suite is one of the closest to the 50 yard line, has outdoor access with some high top tables," Cavanaugh said.

The suite is great for smaller meetings that need a video presentation. Now last but not least on the list of places to rent out at Lambeau Field is the Champions Club.

"This can hold about 200 people for reception, 100 for a banquet. It kind of has that mini hall of fame feel," Cavanaugh said.

You can have food, drinks, and feel the history of the field with friends and family in the Champions Club. However, the main attraction in the space is the view of the field.

"When people walk in this room there is that wow effect and truly just a great view of the field," Cavanuagh said.

Meanwhile, if that view isn't good enough, the room has roof access with the best view of them all.

So whether it’s a football game, wedding, baby shower, or non-profit event Lambeau Field has it's game face on for a good time.
