OHIO — A powerful winter storm brought heavy snowfall across parts of Ohio this past weekend into Monday. The highest totals from the storm were in southwestern Ohio, with spots seeing nearly a foot of snow.
Northeast Ohio also saw lake-effect snow, which brought a couple of inches around Cleveland.
