Spring brings us another sloppy weekend with more rain and snow in the forecast. Winter won't let go.

What You Need To Know

  • Weekend starts warmer

  • Heavy rain & storms Saturday

  • Freezing rain & snow by Sunday

For the start of your weekend, we'll be cloudy Saturday morning with temperatures in the 40s and 50s.

We'll see a better chance for rain showers returning Saturday mid-afternoon into the overnight.

Northern Wisconsin will see that rain switch to wintry mix and snow Saturday night.

Wrapping up the weekend Sunday with rain moving through central and southern Wisconsin, with more consistent freezing rain and snow in northern Wisconsin. Take it slow if you have travel plans in northern Wisconsin Sunday as roads are likely to be slick, icy and snowy.

By Sunday night, more places farther south will be making the turn towards snow. Although we'll still see snow lingering into Monday morning, it should be out of the picture for the start of the Brewers game.

Heading into the weekend

Make sure to plan ahead this weekend as the weather will play a big role. Several will get heavy rain. Others will deal with freezing rain and snow.
