CLEVELAND — With the regular season coming to an end, the Cleveland Cavaliers have secured the No. 4 seed in the Eastern Conference Playoffs and will face the No. 5 seed Orlando Magic.

The Cavaliers lost to the Charlotte Hornets 120-110. Donovan Mitchell did not play for the Cavs. Evan Mobley, Max Strus and Jarret Allen each had 14 points. The Cavs finish the season with a record of 48-34.

Going into the day, the Cavs had an opportunity to claim the Central Division crown, but the loss affected that chance.

The first round will begin April 20. Exact details will be released after the play-in tournament.
