OHIO — Four Ohio boys' basketball teams made history by claiming OHSAA state championships for their high schools.

In Division I, Cleveland St. Ignatius fought off Centerville 66-56. Cleveland St. Ignatius (26-3), which has made the semifinal round in three of the past four years, won its first state title since 2001. For more information, including full game replay, click here.

In Division II, Kettering Archbishop Alter beat Zanesville Maysville 68-54. This marks their first state championship since 2001. For more information, including full game replay, click here. 

In Division III, Cleveland Heights Lutheran East beat Canal Winchester Harvest Prep 45-36. Lutheran East won its third state title in the past four years. For more information, including full game replay, click here. 

In Division IV, Richmond Heights beat Berlin Hiland 62-35. They captured the state crown for a third-straight year. For more information, including full game replay, click here. 

This is the last time we’ll have four divisions in boy’s basketball. It will expand to seven in 2024-25.
