COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Columbus Clippers announced Tuesday that Huntington Park will return to full capacity in June.
Tickets for all sections of Huntington Park will go on sale June 1 at 10 a.m. with the first full-capacity game being June 15.
“It’s been a long time getting back to being able to welcome all fans into Huntington Park on a nightly basis, and we are so grateful for all the great cooperation and guidance we have had along the way,” Clippers President and GM Ken Schnacke said in a press release. “We want everyone to stay safe when they come back to Huntington Park, and we welcome everyone back when they feel comfortable coming to see us.”
The June schedule with full capacity begins with a six-game series against the Toledo Mud Hens from June 15-20 and continues with a series against the St. Paul Saints, who make their first ever visit to Huntington Park from June 22-27.
June 15 also marks the first Tansky Tuesday’s Dime-A-Dog Night since September 2019.
A full promotional schedule and ticket information may be found on the Clippers website.
Of Ohio's seven major and minor league teams, the Clippers were the last to announce a return to full capacity. The Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds of MLB and the Akron RubberDucks, Dayton Dragons, Lake County Captains and Toledo Mud Hens of minor league baseball all previously announced returns to full attendance in June.
