FENTON, Mo.—Saint Louis County Police Department (SLCPD) officers were called to the 300 block of south old Highway 141 in Fenton on Thursday at 2:45 p.m. for a dead body, who was identified as Nicole Jung, 45, from southern St. Louis City.

St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department Missing Persons Unit put out a missing persons report on Jung earlier this month. She'd been missing since Feb. 28, 2025. 

SLCPD Crimes Against Persons detectives found Jung deceased in a wooded area, just off the road. A disabled vehicle was located too. Detectives believe the crash was not recent and they continue to investigate the incident.

No suspected cause of death was provided.
