There's always plenty to do in Ohio over the weekend, but Spectrum News 1 gathered some of the highlights around each major metropolitan area across the state.

Cleveland
- When and where: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Nov. 2 at the Cleveland Public Theatre campus, located at 6415 Detroit Ave.
- Cost: This event is free
- Info: This event features Latin food, live music, an art market and altar installations in recognition of the holiday
Ekphrastasy: All-Ages Writing Workshop with Lake Erie Ink
- When and where: 1-2:30 p.m. Nov. 3 at the Maltz Museum, located at 2929 Richmond Rd. in Beachwood
- Cost: Admission is $5, but free for members and kids younger than 5
- Info: This event allows participants to tour the museum, writing something about an exhibit at the end
Columbus
2024 Ohio Olympic and Paralympic Celebration
- When and where: 1-3 p.m. Nov. 3 at the Ohio Statehouse, located at 1 Capitol Square
- Cost: The event is free
- Info: The event honors athletes with Ohio ties who competed at this year's Olympics and Paralympics
10th Annual 24-Hour Board Game Marathon for Nationwide Children's Hospital
- When and where: 11 a.m. Nov. 2 through 10 a.m. Nov. 3 at Olentangy River Brewing Brewing Company, located at 303 Green Meadows Dr. S
- Cost: $20 admission, with proceeds "going to the kids"
- Info: Play all the board games you can imagine and contribute to a good cause at this 24-hour event (or just swing by for a few) that will also see several visiting food trucks
Cincinnati
- When and where: 12-5 p.m. Nov. 2 at Stanbery Park, located at 2201 Oxford Ave. in Mt. Washington.
- Cost: The event is free, but a $5 donation lets you launch a gourd or a $15 donation to launch your own gourd
- Info: Attendees at this event can participate in the launching of pumpkins, but if that's not enough there's also drink, food trucks entertainment and more
2024 Cincinnati Fall Avant-Garde Art & Craft Show
- When and where: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 3 at the R.S.V.P Event Center, located at 453 Wards Corner Rd.
- Cost: Admission is $3, free for children under 12
- Info: Visitors have the chance to purchase handmade items, with a portion of proceeds going toward a local nonprofit
Dayton
- When and where: 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. Nov. 2 and 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Nov. 3 at the Montgomery County fairgrounds and event center, located at 645 Infirmary Road
- Cost: Admission is $8/adult, with children 12 and under free
- Info: Check out the 48th year of the Dayton Train Show on Saturday and Sunday featuring displays, dealer tables, prizes and more
- When and where: 6-10 p.m. Nov. 2 at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, located at 1100 Spaatz St.
- Cost: Tickets are $40
- Info: Take a look at the museum's airplanes, enjoy live music, participate in a mustache contest and more at this adults-only evening event.
Toledo
5k Fun Run x Inside the Five Brewing Co
- When and where: 11 a.m. Nov. 2 at Inside the Five Brewing Co., located at 127 West 3rd Street in Perrysburg
- Cost: Tickets are $35 or $50 for a ticket and a T-shirt
- Info: If you like running/jogging/walking and beer, this is the event for you
4th Annual Fallen Timbers Art Festival
- When and where: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. Nov. 2 and 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Nov. 3 at The Shops at Fallen Timbers, located at 3100 Main St. in Maumee
