AVON, Ohio — A five-week holiday celebration is set to debut at the Lake Erie Crushers Stadium in November. 

What You Need To Know

  • Christmas Around the World, an immersive holiday experience, will run from Nov. 29, 2024 to Jan. 4, 2025 at the Crushers Stadium

  • Guests who attend will experience different holiday traditions from different countries

  • Features include a giant snow tube hill, food and drinks from different countries and other activities

Christmas Around the World, an immersive holiday experience, will run from Nov. 29, 2024 to Jan. 4, 2025 at the Crushers Stadium. 

The event is based around "the enchantment and diversity of global holiday traditions," according to a news release. Guests who attend will experience different holiday traditions from different countries. The event will also feature:

  • Food and drinks from different countries
  • Live entertainment
  • An around-the-world themed mini golf course
  • A snow tube hill
  • A candy store

Organizers said they're expecting more than 100,000 attendees throughout the five-week event. 

“It will be incredibly powerful to witness our community come together for this spectacular event, boosting both our local economy and community spirit,” said Garry Gibbs, director of the Lorain County Visitors Bureau, in a release. “We are so proud to be home to something that will bring together a whole world of holiday joy under one roof.”  

Tickets, timing and more are expected to be announced in the coming months. 

Christmas Around the World is a collaboration between USA Expositions, producers of the nation’s top-ranked Oktoberfest, the City of Avon and The Lake Erie Crushers.
