OHIO — The Ohio State Fair's butter cow sculpture is well, yes, a cow — but the handful of other butter statues are paying an ode to athletes ahead of the Olympics this summer.

American Dairy Association Mideast said more than 2,000 pounds of butter were used. There's the iconic butter cow and calf, but this year, they're sporting medallions "proving their MVP status on the farm." Additionally, there is a track and field para athlete, a gymnast on a balance beam, a high-jumper clearing the bar and a cyclist rounding the curve.
