CLEVELAND — A market designed to amplify local businesses is set to open in August.

Cleveland Vibes, a digital media company, said the Cleveland Market will include "diverse and exceptional businesses that embody the spirit of Cleveland."

While it's a one-day event, the hope is for it to become a monthly market in Tyler Village starting next year.

Attendees will be able to shop, dine, drink and enjoy activities and more. The goal is for the market to serve as a place for connection, collaboration and growing among community members.

The first event will be held on Saturday, Aug. 3 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on 3615 Superior Ave.

Organizers said they anticipate around 5,000 guests, 150 to 200 businesses and a digital reach of between 5 million to 10 million impressions.
