OHIO — Rite Aid announced 15 more Ohio stores will soon close their doors.
This comes after two northern Ohio stores closed earlier this month, and another three closed in April.
In a filing Monday, the chain stated these stores will close:
- 2148 Lake Ave. in Ashtabula
- 1816 E. 2nd St. in Defiance
- 3527 Canfield Rd. in Youngstown
- 218 Chestnut St. in Coshocton
- 1805 South Limestone St. in Springfield
- 3402 Clark Ave. in Cleveland
- 3362 Navarre Ave. in Oregon
- 2434 West Laskey Rd. in Toledo
- 1560 Parkman Rd NW in Warren
- 1895 West State St. in Alliance
- 242 Lincoln Way West in Massillon
- 722-740 South Main St. in Bowling Green
- 8130 Ohio River Rd. in Wheelersburg
- 1502 Executive Dr. in St. Marys
- 530 W. Market St. in Tiffin
An exact day for the closures wasn't disclosed.
Additionally, the filing stated 12 stores will closed in Michigan.
Rite Aid filed for bankruptcy in October 2023 and has closed around 260 stores since then, according to court documents. For Ohio, more than 30 locations have closed so far.
