CINCINNATI — Cincinnati Public Schools Superintendent Iranetta Wright has submitted her resignation, which will be effective Monday, school board president Eve Bolton announced during a meeting Wednesday.
The resignation comes after a "no confidence" vote from the district's six unions, Cincinnati Public Schools Public Information Officer Kathryn Robinson confirmed.
Wright took over as superintendent in 2022. She was the district's 28th superintendent.
