COLUMBUS, Ohio — Three of Ohio's public markets were voted the best out of 10 in the U.S., according to the 2024 USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.

According to the rankings, Columbus' North Market came in eighth place, Cincinnati's Findlay Market placed sixth and Cleveland's West Side Market came in fourth. 

Each of these markets have been serving Ohioans for years and years.

North Market opened in 1876 in downtown Columbus. It's been full of local merchants and farmers every since, full of diverse food options throughout the market.

Situated in Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, Findlay Market is actually Ohio's oldest continuously operated public market. The market is home to more than 50 merchants as well. 

Placed in the historic Ohio City neighborhood, West Side Market has been serving northeast Ohioans for more than 100 years, opening in 1912.
