ROCKY RIVER, Ohio — Rocky River Police said Sunny McIntyre, 3, was recovered safely Monday morning.

An Amber Alert was issued Monday morning for Sunny from Rocky River, a westshore suburb of Cleveland. 

The suspect is Cathleen Collins, a Black woman with brown hair, brown eyes who was taken into custody, according to police. 

The Amber Alert said Collins was driving a Silver Nissan SUV.
