COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio State Buckeyes announced Friday the team will wear an all-gray alternate uniform when it plays against Michigan State, which is Nov. 11.

The team unveiled the uniforms on social media. It's the first time they will wear an all-gray jersey with scarlet accents. It'll also feature a tradition striping pattern and numbers.

This uniform is steel gray, which is slightly darker from the team's traditional colored pants. The scarlet is added in the numbers, as well as the Big Ten and Nike logos.

The team's traditional helmet will complete the look.

Since 2009, the Buckeyes have worn various alternate versions of its uniforms 33 times. According to the team's history, the Buckeyes are 26-7 wearing an alternate uniform with seven consecutive wins in them. They're also 15-2 all-time wearing alternates at Ohio Stadium.
