HILLIARD, Ohio - Belief in yourself and true love. That's the secret behind Orion Ali's success.

Ali immigrated to the United States from Albania in 2009 and started as a dishwasher. Today, he is the owner of The Olympic Diner.

"American dream means believing in yourself. I see the situation, here, in America. I say, 'What are you going to do to do my life better?' Correct? Everybody have a dream in life," Ali said. "If you believe in yourself and you have true love, you can do everything in a family. We are like friends. Relationship is beautiful. I am very lucky."

Orion credits his relationship with his wife Marsela for much of his success. The two are a team.

"In the kitchen, like back in kitchen, you saw it. He's like a machine," Marsela Bregu said.

"Me having the knowledge of the ethics, you know like the schooling, I would say. And he having the basics, you know the hands on, I think works pretty well. We have the both worlds and we put them together and it's awesome. It's amazing," she said.

Their hard work is paying off. While they've only owned the restaurant for eight months, they already have regular customers.

"They have the best ham that you've ever ate. You've got to try their ham," customer Wayne Norris said.

The Olympic Diner is located at 5454 Roberts Road in Hilliard.
