1. Police identify suspect in Beavercreek Walmart shooting, victims in stable condition

The Beavercreek Police Department identified the suspect behind the Beavercreek Walmart shooting as Benjamin Charles Jones, 20, of Dayton, Ohio. Four people were shot, but as of 2 p.m. Tuesday, all are in stable condition. 

2. Ohio has the highest number of cases of whooping cough in the nation

A highly contagious respiratory infection is on the rise across the state, becoming a cause for concern for Ohioans. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, there have been more than 630 whooping cough cases in Ohio this year.

3. Happy 'Tanks-giving:' Sheetz, GetGo offer discounted gas for the holiday

To help people ease their holiday travel woes, two chains have announced discounted gas for a limited time. The discounts will be in effect until Monday, the chains said.
