Colin Thompson is the Sr. associate athletics director for facilities at Ohio State, which means it’s his job to keep the 60,000 people who show up on both Saturday and Sunday for Buckeye Country Superfest safe.

"We do our best to staff up and be ready for incidents and just make sure everybody's taking care of themselves,” Thompson said.

With temperatures expected to remain in the 90s on Saturday, but cooling off just a little on Sunday, Thompson said there will be water coolers and fans throughout the stadium, as well as water and refill stands.

"Refills are free if you do not have a water bottle. There are courtesy cups available,” Thompson said.

He said it's important for fans to take advantage of it, making sure they drink plenty of water. He also suggests wearing light-colored, loose fitted clothing.

Organizers have also set up a text alert system to keep concert goers in the loop throughout the weekend. To sign up for it, you should text BCS24 to 67283.
