CLEVELAND — Voters in Cleveland and six surrounding communities held primaries for local races on Tuesday. In Cleveland, seven candidates competed to replace four-term Mayor Frank Jackson. After Tuesday, just two candidiates remain.
The towns of Cleveland Heights, East Cleveland and Garfield Heights also held mayoral primaries on Tuesday.
