When Bert Hehman looks out onto the 650 acres of mixed use development that makes up CirclePort, he’s proud of the immense progress that’s been made and excited for what’s coming.

“Our tagline is changing skylines, changing lives. And the skyline of this part of northern Kentucky is incredibly important to Corporex, leaving the area better than we found it,” Hehman said.

Hehman is the Associate Director of Sales and Leasing for Corporex, the investment and development firm that’s made major strides at CirclePort, which Hehman described as, “part of the gateway from CVG into northern Kentucky and Cincinnati, spanning both Boone and Kenton County.”

Updates include land sales, office leasing activity, infrastructure improvements, site clearing and regional projects.

“What we’ve done in part of the proactive clearing of a lot of our land sites, which serve as future homes to a wide breadth of businesses, has helped the end user get a clearer picture of what they can develop here,” Heheman said.

The widening of Mineola Pike recently completed between Donaldson Highway and I-275 has increased traffic through the area. The site is already home to all kinds of business, from light manufacturing, industrial, retail, hospitality and multi-family homes.

Open class A office buildings could soon be home to major corporations looking to move. Hehman said it indicates the tremendous growth the region is experiencing, and will continue to.

“The future of CirclePort is the future of northern Kentucky. You talk about the growth of the airport, the growth of our industry, the growth of our tech sector. The opportunity for all of that to be located in northern Kentucky sits right here within CirclePort,” he said.

The proximity to the airport has also allowed Corporex to partner with major entities like Amazon and DHL. Heheman said the best is yet to come.
