WORCESTER, Mass.- The long-awaited move to Shrewsbury Street is finally in sight for Pepe's Italian Restaurant.

To celebrate the move, Pepe's is hosting a "One Last Hurrah" celebration this weekend at its current location at 274 Franklin Street.

The party is 3 p.m. to close on Saturday, Oct. 2.

After 10 years on Franklin Street, Pepe's is moving operations into 179 Shrewsbury Street. The restaurant plans to open the new location sometime in mid-October.

The new location is directly across from Christopher Columbo (East) Park at the very center of Shrewsbury Street. 

Invidium Salon & Spa, which currently shares the Franklin Street building with Pepe's, will also be relocating to the new Shrewsbury Street location.
