WORCETER, Mass. - A suspected wanted in a Worcester homicide has been added to the Massachusetts State Police Most Wanted Fugitive list.
Police say Jeffery A. Beltre-Rojas is wanted for the July 9, 2020 shooting of Luis Tiro-Romero at a residence at 6 Mount Pleasant Street. Tiro-Romero died from his injuries from the shooting earlier this year. After the victim’s death, the charges against Beltre-Rojas were upgraded to murder. Two co-defendants are already in custody.
Beltre-Rojas (in photo above) is 27-years-old, 5'7" tall and weights about 250 pounds. He has black and brown eyes. Beltre-Rojas has a mole on his left check and multiple tattoos on his neck and arms, including the image of a pair of lips on the left side of his neck.
Police believe he is actively avoiding arrest and should be considered armed and dangerous.
