A restaurant opens their doors on Friday in Worcester, despite the current economic challenges in Massachusetts amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Stop Cafe Pizza & Grille opened their new location at 255 Park Ave. After months of delays due to the coronavirus, the managers of the restaurant say they're eager to get back to work.

Manager Valon Dalipi said, "We were planning to open this around April and it took us, obviously, a couple of months longer because of the whole situation. It's pretty exciting starting a business in Worcester because it's a city that's really expanding. We're excited and stressful at the same time, but hey, it's exciting. We made it."

The new location replaces their original one which was just up the street at 377 Park Ave. Stop Cafe Pizza & Grille is open daily from 6 AM to 10 PM.
