A second and final round of snow will be more widespread tonight. Central and eastern Kentucky will see this round, while areas well west of I-65 will miss out. Although most of any accumulations will be on grassy and elevated surfaces, those spots that see heavier bursts could develop a few brief slippery spots on roads. That potential will be mainly focused in eastern Kentucky.

Most of the snow should end before Friday morning, leaving us with gloomy skies and chilly temperatures for the day. A few rain showers or drizzle will be possible throughout the day.
