DELPHI, In.- Indiana State Police released a new suspect sketch and video in the murder of 14-year-old Liberty German and 13-year-old Abigail Williams.
The new sketch is quite different from the first one released a couple of years ago. ISP says investigators now believe the man is between 18 and 40 years old and either lives or lived in Delphi. They also believe he may work or have worked in the area.
The video released came from German's cellphone and you can hear a man's voice say "down the hill." State Police Superintendent Doug Carter said the police will solve the case and addressed the suspect during a news conference by saying, "We believe you are hiding in plain sight."
