FRANKFORT, Ky. — The Salvation Army is calling on Kentuckians to give back and make a positive difference on Giving Tuesday, Dec. 3.
The organization said donations help provide resources such as shelter, food, emergency rent and utility assistance, ensuring families facing difficult circumstances can enjoy the holidays. Giving Tuesday is celebrated annually the week after Thanksgiving.
"Giving Tuesday is a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we come together as a community," said Capt. Nathaniel Revaula, Frankfort corps officer. "Your donation, no matter the amount, enables us to offer critical assistance to our neighbors in their time of need. Together, we can make the holiday season brighter for everyone."
