LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Attention all you smooth, easy listening, sounds of the 70s fans. Saturday is the last Downs After Dark of the Spring Meet at Churchill Downs and they are closing out the season with a “Yacht Rock” theme.

Fans are encouraged to wear their favorite nautical-inspired gear. But if you’re in the premium seating areas, a traditional dress code is required. The summer-inspired, 10-race program begins at 6 p.m. ET. Gates will open at 5 p.m.

General admission for the night is $20. Reserved box seats range from $28-$38. Fans can also find all-inclusive dining packages.

Your “cruise directors” for the evening will begin with DJ K-Dogg at 5:30 p.m. followed by the band Monsters of Yacht at 8:30 p.m.

There will be contests, a roving photo booth and a caricaturist on hand for fans to enjoy. A Yacht Rock party wouldn’t be complete without signature drinks. Those will be available at the Q Mixers Beachside Party.

The star attraction is racing, of course. Saturday features two stakes events: the $175,000 Monomoy Girl for 3-year-old fillies (Race 5) and the $175,000 Chorleywood for 4-year-olds and up on turf (Race 7).

The last race of the night is set for 10:42 p.m.
