OWENSBORO, Ky. — The city of Owensboro unveiled the performer lineup for the 2024 Owensboro Air Show, set for Sept. 13-15, 2024.

  • The Kentucky Air National Guard, the Northern Stars Aeroteam and the Wings of Blue Parachute Demo Team are just a few of the performers in the show

  • Air show activities take place on Friday, Sept. 13, at the Owensboro-Daviess County Regional Airport and Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 14-15, in downtown Owensboro

The lineup will feature:

  • Rob Holland, a 12-time national aerobatic champion
  • The Wings of Blue Parachute Demo Team
  • Redline Airshows
  • The Northern Stars Aeroteam, a three-ship Pitts Demo Team
  • the Kentucky Air National Guard with their C-130J Super Hercules

Also, taking part in the show will be the Commemorative Air Force - Arizona with their B-17 Flying Fortress and their B-25 Mitchell Bomber. The Army Aviation Heritage Sky Soldiers will bring their AH-1 Cobra and UH-1 Huey helicopters back to the show.

The CAF - Arizona team and the Sky Soldiers will offer paid rides in their historic aircraft throughout the air show weekend.

“I am excited about the lineup each year. This year is one of the most diverse lineups to date with a great combination of the most famous military jet team in the world, the newest fifth-gen fighter jet demo, and incredible aerobatics from multiple performers that will blow your mind. It will be a great show for the aviation enthusiast, as well as casual fans, to see a great display of different types of aircraft,” said Owensboro public events dircetor Tim Ross.

Owensboro Air Show activities will occur on Friday, Sept. 13, at the Owensboro-Daviess County Regional Airpot, and on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 14-15, in downtown Owensboro.
