The home game on Oct. 7 against No. 11 Notre Dame will be to a packed house.

The game against the Fighting Irish is UofL’s first sellout since 2019, when the Cards hosted Notre Dame for the first time in school history.

The game will be televised on ABC beginning at 7:30 p.m. It’s the first time UofL has been on the network in three years. The last appearance was when Miami played Louisville.

UofL is 4-0 for the first time since 2016 under first-year head coach and Louisville native Jeff Brohm. The Cards are one of only three schools averaging 200 yards rushing and 300 yards passing per game to start the season. They have the fifth-ranked offense in the country and are scoring an average of 43 points per game.

Parking lots are opening at 1 p.m. to let fans have extra time to tailgate. The Alley will open at 3:30 p.m. and L&N Stadium gates will open at 5:30 p.m.
