Darby, thanks for joining us, you guys brought Dynamite here in January, now you’re back with Collision; what can people expect from the Saturday night show vs the Wednesday night show?

[Darby Allin]

“With the new Saturday night show I feel like a lot of people on those shows have a chip on their shoulder, I feel like they got a lot they want to prove, so that energy they bring to the fans is unique and different because the show is so new. Which is good for the fans because when you have something to prove, I feel like that’s when you have your best work.”

[Austin]

Sounds like a great night. Talk to me a bit about your schedule, you’re working both shows and are a prominent star on both, what’s that schedule been like?

[Darby Allin]

“I love it. I honestly love  it, I want to be the go-to-guy for this company because this company has given me so much inside the ring from a creative aspect and outside the ring have lead me do crazy things like jump my house, climb Mount Everest in April, like it’s given me so much. You need me to do Wednesday night shows, Saturday night shows, need me to do media I am there.”

[Austin]

You’re at Rupp Arena tonight and Dynamite is coming to Louisville in November; describe for someone who has never been to an AEW show what they can expect.

[Darby Allin]

“Every week, there’s something completely new. So it’s not ehh I’ll miss this week because it’s the same thing they did last week. Every week there is something new and unpredictable so that’s why people have to go and feel the energy. We’re not out here playing the greatest hits; one week, someone could be falling off a 20 foot ladder and the next week they coud be getting a fireball in their face. It’s the wild west, but that’s why I love it.”

AEW is on the road to its largest PPV to date, AEW: All In live from Wembley Stadium in London, England on Sunday August 27th. Over 80,000 fans are expected to attend and Allin said it will be a special moment in his career.

Tickets for Saturday night's show are still available.
