LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Spectrum News 1 Kentucky will keep you updated about the May 16 primary election all day. 

Beginning when polls open at 6 a.m., Mario Anderson and Kayla Moody will get Election Day started with everything you need to know about polling locations, lines and previewing where candidates will be later in the evening.

Spectrum News 1’s coverage will progress throughout the day, with reporters stationed across the state updating viewers on how voting is progressing.

Polls close at 6 p.m. local time across the state and Spectrum News 1 will have up-to-the minute election results and reporters with candidates running to be Kentucky's governor.
