CINCINNATI, Oh. — Spectrum is adding 100 sales jobs at its Florence, Kentucky call center as part of the company’s “growing commitment” in the area.
The outbound telesales representatives will earn an hourly wage, commission, plus incentives. According to Spectrum, employees who meet their targets earn over $50,000 a year, while “top performers” can earn as much as $63,000 or more.
“Spectrum offers Northern Kentucky and Southern Ohio area residents a place to build a technology career, not just come to work,” said Dani Maccombs, VP of Outbound Sales Center. “By providing a competitive starting wage and lucrative commissions, along with comprehensive benefits and strong career-progression opportunities.”
The positions will be based at Spectrum’s facility at 7906 Dixie Highway in Florence. The telesales workforce helps new and current customers choose the right Spectrum services to best fit their needs.
Spectrum recently renovated the Florence office which now includes an expanded breakroom, with free espresso, latte and cappuccino machine, newly renovated flooring and training room facilities and a recreation room for game playing and relaxation.
