LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Spectrum News 1 Kentucky will be open to viewers for our coverage of Decision 2022 Tuesday, Nov. 8.

Beginning when polls open at 6 a.m., Mario Anderson and Kayla Moody will get Election Day started with everything you need to know about polling locations, lines and previewing where candidates will be later in the evening.

Spectrum News 1’s coverage will progress throughout the day, with reporters stationed across the state updating viewers on how voting is progressing.

Polls close at 6 p.m. local time across the state and Spectrum News 1 will have up-to-the minute election results and reporters with candidates including those running for U.S. Senate, U.S. House and the mayoral candidates for Kentucky’s largest cities, Louisville and Lexington.

Lachlan McLean, Amber Smith, Mario Anderson, and our political analyst, Nick Storm from Kentucky Fried Politics, will bring viewers complete coverage of Election Night. Our crews will be with the candidates and bring you live acceptance speeches and analysis throughout the night.
