“With major retailers announcing holiday deals long before Cyber Monday, it’s more important than ever that we staff up now to meet the demands of the busy holiday shipping season,” said Nando Cesarone, Executive Vice President and President, U.S. Operations, via news release.

Specific positions USP hopes to fill are seasonal delivery and CDL (consumer driver’s licence) drivers, warehouse workers and driver helpers. If interested, the first step in the application process is to look at the UPS employment site. Because many roles don’t require an interview, UPS said some people who apply could have offers in 25 minutes or fewer.

For Jobs in UPS Worldport at Louisville International Airport, an in-person interview is necessary. You’ll need to apply online first, then schedule a biometric appointment at the UPS Center for Employment Opportunities at 8203 National Turnpike. The facility will host these appointments Friday, Nov. 4, from 9 a.m.–3 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 5, from 9 a.m.–2 p.m.

According to UPS, applicants that schedule a biometric appointment and complete the process during this “Brown Friday” weekend will be eligible for drawing prizes. One such item on the list includes a 55-inch Smart TV. Food also will be available.
