KENTUCKY — The Supreme Court on Friday followed through on the draft opinion that was leaked to the media last month by striking down Roe v. Wade, the nearly 50-year-old ruling that established the constitutional right to abortion.
With the Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson overturning both Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey, abortion has come to an abrupt end in Kentucky.
