The two National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) teams will meet at Daytona International Speedway, one of NASCAR's most prestigious race tracks.

They'll play on a newly-built soccer field on the grass between pit road and the tri-oval. Racing Louisville leaders said it's an event combining world-class entertainment and professional soccer in sunny Florida.

Originally scheduled for July 2 in Orlando, the match shifted to Sunday, July 3, with kickoff at 8 p.m. on CBS Sports Network.

“We’re super excited to be playing in the NWSL Clash at Daytona against Orlando,” said Gemma Bonner, Racing Louisville defender and captain. “We can’t wait to put a show on for you all. Our games against Orlando are always super exciting and go down to the last few minutes. So Daytona, we’ll see you in July.”

Daytona and Torneos, a leading company in the sports entertainment industry, will team up to showcase the newly-built soccer field for this sure-to-be-spectacle of an event.

“We are thrilled to celebrate the Daytona Soccer Fest and equally excited to bring an official NWSL match to Daytona Beach, Florida,” said NWSL Commissioner Jessica Berman. “This truly one-of-a-kind event will be a special experience for both the players and our fans, and we couldn’t be more excited to have one of the most iconic and renowned sports venues in the world as a backdrop to showcase our game.

Three-time Grammy-winner Chance the Rapper will also perform during a 6 p.m. pregame concert next to the field, with a fireworks display to follow the Racing-Pride game. You can see a rendering of the field above.
