KENTUCKY — Another system of winter weather rolled through Kentucky Sunday afternoon, with central and far eastern Kentucky expected to see significant accumulations.

A wintry mix of sleet, freezing rain and snow will change to all snow this evening into the first part of tonight in eastern Kentucky. The roads will be snow covered in eastern Kentucky into Monday.

Sleet could impact other areas, as well. Lows tonight will drop down into the 20s. 4 to 8" of snow will be on the ground by late tonight in eastern Kentucky and the amounts drop off significantly for points west of Lexington.
