LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Headliners Music Hall on Monday announced it will require proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test for anyone entering the building, beginning Sept. 1. Masks are also required for all staff and encouraged for patrons, the venue said.

Headliners said it will accept original CDC-issued vaccination cards or a photocopy, picture, scan or digital passport as long as the name matches the patron's ID.

"Fully vaccinated to us means you have received your first Johnson & Johnsn or second Moderna/Pfizer shot and it is notated and dated on your vaccination card," the venue said in a post to its website.

Headliners said it will also accept a printed or digital copy of a negative COVID-19 test result administered by or under the supervision of a health care professional within 48 hours of the date of the show. The venue said it won't accept at-home tests under any circumstances.

"If our staff has grounds to believe that you have presented fraudulent or falsified documents, we reserve the right to deny you entry into our establishment," Headliners added.
