LOUISVILLE, Ky. — It's officially "Thurby," one of many traditions leading up to the 147th running of the Kentucky Derby on Saturday. The day is marked by celebrations, live performances, and betting on races at Churchill Downs. While this year's Thurby may not look the same as pre-pandemic celebrations, festivities are still underway. At Churchill Downs, you'll find Kentucky native Benn Sollee performing from the Pagoda, 11 Thoroughbred races and trivia on the Big Board.
