LOUISVILLE, Ky. — After 13 fillies took their shot at winning the 147th running of the Kentucky Oaks, the favorite Malathaat was the first to cross the finish line.

Unlike last year, spectators watched the horses from the stands at Churchill Downs, although COVID-19 safety protocols and capacity limits were in place.
