BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — Two Western Kentucky University men's basketball games have been postponed due to a positive COVID-19 test, the team announced on Friday.

The Hilltoppers' Sunday and Monday showdowns at Florida Atlantic will no longer take place after a positive case in the program’s Tier 1 testing group

The team underwent subsequent contact tracing following the diagnosis, a press release said. This is the first positive case WKU basketball has experienced.

WKU’s home series against Rice on Feb. 12-13 has not been affected at this time, pending next week’s COVID-19 testing.
