LEXINGTON, Ky. — The Mayor's Mobile Neighborhood Testing Program is moving to a new location later this month.

Mayor Linda Gorton announced the program will move to Byrider Auto and Eastland Bowling Lanes come Oct. 15.
“The Mayor’s Mobile Neighborhood Testing Program has been an overwhelming success for our City,” Gorton said. “It is so important to offer testing throughout Lexington, and these sites offer easy access to testing in areas that have been disproportionately affected by COVID-19.”
The Mayor's Mobile Neighborhood Testing Program provides free public testing to residents. No appointment is required, and walk-up and drive-up options are available.
Testing at Byrider Auto and Eastland Bowling Lanes, located 750 E. New Circle Road, will be available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 15 and Friday, Oct. 16 and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17.
Lexington has seen an increase in COVID-19 cases over the past several months with September bringing the highest number of cases of any month since March.
