KENTUCKY — All during the month of May, Spectrum News 1 is celebrating Asian American Pacific Islander heritage month, sharing important stories of Asian Americans here in the Commonwealth. 

During this In Focus Kentucky segment, David Williams recently spoke with a Louisville-based woman who uses her art to educate and inspire people and her students about South Korean history and culture. 

Multi-media journalist Katie Forcade also introduces us to Kealoha's Kitchen, which is a Hawaiian food carry out restaurant specializing in authentic Hawaiian and Polynesian dishes in the city of Covington.
