Sen. Robert Stivers joins In Focus Kentucky during 'Opening Week at the 2020 Kentucky General Assembly' to discuss some of the top priorities from the Senate Republican perspective.
Stivers represents Senate District 25, which covers Clay, Knox, Lee, Owsley, Whitley and Wolfe counties. He was first elected back in 1997 and was selected as Senate President in 2013.
During this segment, Stivers discusses several topics including: the importance of crafting a 2-year budget during the next 60 days + explains why Senate Bill should be referred to as a "law enforcement bill" NOT a sanctuary city ban.
