Behind a front that moves by overnight, it will get a bit cooler with lows in the 40s. The wind will kick up around 15 mph.

Tomorrow's Forecast

Total sunshine is in store on Thursday. It will be noticeably cooler than the past several days, with highs in the mid to upper 60s. Low-70s will be found in far southwest Kentucky. It warms back up on Friday before a cool down on the weekend.

1. State Sen. Johnnie Turner dies following lawn mowing accident last month

The Republican lawmaker was critically injured while riding on a lawn mower that plunged into a swimming pool on Sept. 15.

3. Advocates spread awareness of Clean Slate Act to create automatic expungement process

According to the Clean Slate Coalition, which includes the Louisville Urban League, the ACLU of Kentucky and other organizations, if legislation passes to automate the process, more than 500,000 people would be eligible for full record relief.

4. Home sales fell in September to slowest pace in almost 30 years

Sales of existing homes in the United States have dropped to their lowest level since 1995, the National Association of Realtors reported Wednesday. Sales fell 1% in September and are down 3.5% from a year earlier.
