Rest of the Week

A southwest wind will dominate for the rest of the week, and it'll keep our temps well above the average by 10-15 degrees.  Today's winds will gust anywhere from 30-40mph, and this could make driving difficult.

Strong wind, dry vegetation, and low relative humidity will lead to critical fire weather today. Parts of the state are under a Red Flag Warning (see below).

Rain moves in by the weekend. A few showers are possible for Saturday, but Sunday brings the best rain chance as a cold front moves in.  Behind the front, it cools back down to near average for the start of Thanksgiving Week.
